Every day, our team is fully committed to offering the best possible service. Performance, reliability, and ease of use: everything is put in place to allow players to focus on what matters most... the game! However, we understand that subscribing to a new service may sometimes not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer the possibility to request cancellation and a full refund (under certain conditions).
Refund Conditions:A client can request a refund under the following conditions:

- it is a new product/service order (no refunds for renewals)
- the refund request is made no later than 3 days after the service order
- the client has not received a refund in the past 3 months

If accepted, the refund will be made via the same payment method used when ordering the service (Credit Card, PayPal, or other methods offered by Stripe).
Payment processing fees via Stripe are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time:The processing of a refund request may vary depending on the payment methods used. We make every effort to respond quickly and commit to processing requests within 7 days.
Data Deletion:Cancellation and refund of a service will result in the deletion of the service data and its backups (after 3 days). PolygonCloud cannot be held responsible for any data loss resulting from this request.
The client is responsible for backing up their data before making the refund request.
